I had a great night - very surreal seeing all those familiar faces and really good to catch up with some old friends (and reminisce about first dates etc!!) Well done guys!!! A great night!!! Even though I was not a student of Croydon High, I managed to reminisce with a few Croydon Primary students. Hopefully some of us will now keep in touch with our long lost friends. It took me all day Sunday to recover from Saturday night's festivities (and I'm still not sure I've fully recovered!). It was lots of fun catching up with everyone and it really didn't seem like it had been so long since I'd seen a lot of you.
Thanks to everyone for making the effort to come along and join in the fun. We'll be posting some photos from the reunion over the next few days or so...
Hi thanks to Megan and Nigel it was great to catch up with everyone and see nothing had really changed. To Neil yes I did remember you driving home I could picture where you were in the school photo (not on the net but only in year 8 together) I also realised I had never really known your name thru school thats why I didnt make the connection so quickly. Ross you didnt have a skivvy on in any of the photos but you, Sean R, David W, Robert V, Sharon and I were always in the same class. Keep in contact Belinda
I had a great time catching up with so many of you, it is amazing that we havent changed to much facially and I was able to recognise so many of you. Thanks Megan and Nigel for hunting me out the drive from Bathurst was worthwhile for the memories I gained from seeing everyone.
There are a few things I wanted to know but didnt get around to asking
Who were the others that came from interstate. Where did they come from.
I had a great time and the only problem was the lack of time in getting to everyone! A few people left before I could properly chat which is a shame but everyone I spoke to seemed happy which is fantastic. I can't believe what a great, close group we had! Thanks so much Nigel and Megan for organising it all - you did such a great job! Cheryl.
